Registration Fee Structure

• The registration fee for Indian students is INR 2500/- (Early Bird), INR 2700/- (Regular), or INR 3300/- (Late Registration).
• The registration fee for UAE students is AED 230/- (Early Bird), AED 250/- (Regular), or AED 300/- (Late Registration).

Refund Eligibility

• Refund requests will be considered solely in cases of technical glitches originating from Educational Initiatives, preventing participation.

Refund Process

• Initiate refund request by contacting customer support at [atsinternational@ei.study] within 7 days from the competition start.
• Include participant’s full name, registration details, and details of the technical glitch experienced.

Refund Approval and Payment

• Refund requests reviewed and approved within 14 days.
• Refunds processed using the original payment method: back to card for credit/debit card payments, alternative method for others.

Deductions and Charges

• No processing fee for refunds due to technical glitches caused by Educational Initiatives.

Currency Conversion and Variations

• Refunds in AED, variations in local currency due to currency fluctuations for participants with adjusted fees.

Payment Gateway Considerations

• Collaborated with payment gateway partners for a smooth refund process.
• Participants advised to contact their payment provider for any concerns regarding refund transactions.
